Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used, washed or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN):


Go to ‘My Account’ 

Then ‘My Returns’ to fill out the form

Once we review your return request we will issue a RMN number and we will schedule our courier company to pick up the product. Please make sure to send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number.

Shipping charges

We hold shipping charges for returns only.
